Entry list released for the 2026 Repco Adelaide Motorsport Festival

The entry list for the on-track categories for the 2026 Repco Adelaide Motorsport Festival has been released,  featuring a variety of cars, motorbikes, motorsport personalities and more.

The entry list features the likes of Mika Häkkinen, David Coulthard, Thierry Boutsen, Martin Donnelly, Stefan Johansson, Andrea Montermini, Craig Lowndes, Tabitha Ambrose, Will Davison, Jonathon Webb and more, while the likes of Valtteri Bottas, David Brabham, Jamie Whincup, Mad Mike Whiddett and more will take part in various special sessions.

Categories include crowd favourites such as Formula 1, Hypercars, Heritage Touring Cars, Drift, Sportscars, Motorbikes and more, while new categories include a dedicated category for V8 Supercars with Eggleston Motorsport the naming-rights partner; a Historic Sports & Racing category, bringing vintage open-wheelers and sportscars from the 1950s and 1960s back to life and to the track; and an American Muscle category, expanding on last year’s NASCAR category with the addition of TransAm, TA2 and other cars. 

 

The ‘Ten of the Best Shootout’ returns following its popular addition in 2025, pitting a selection of Time Attack, sportscars and hypercars (exclusively for tin-tops) in a race against the clock to determine the fastest.

In addition to these categories, there will be various special sessions featuring star cars and drivers attending the event. This includes:

 

-       Craig Lowndes and Jamie Whincup recreating their iconic formation finish from the 2010 Bathurst 1000 in the pair of Vodafone Holden VE Commodores.

 

-        Mad Mike Whiddett drifting his MADMAC rotary-powered McLaren P1 hypercar, alongside Matty Hill in his custom-built A90 Supra.

 

-        The Formula 1 championship-winning Brabham BT19 going out on track with David and Sam Brabham behind the wheel.

 

-        Tabitha Ambrose driving her father Marcos Ambrose’s NASCAR Cup Series race-winning Ford Fusion.

 

-       Valtteri Bottas and Stefan Johansson driving the pair of 1985 Ferrari 156/85 Formula 1 cars.

 

-       Bottas taking part in an expression session in a big block V8-powered Holden HQ Monaro.

 

-       American automotive YouTuber and entrepreneur Rob Dahm on track in a custom-built Mazda Roadpacer, built by Jay Duca from Low Standards.

 

-       Lamborghini showcasing its Temerario, its first sportscar to be equipped with a V8 twin-turbo engine paired with three electric motors, with a group of them on track.
