The ultimate track car, the Rodin FZED, will makes its debut in Australia at the 2023 Adelaide Motorsport Festival.
The Rodin FZED is derived from the T125, a near-Formula 1-spec single-seater developed by the Lotus team in 2011. New Zealand manufacturer Rodin Cars took over the project and developed the FZED, forming a partnership with Zagame Automotive to bring the car to Australia.
The FZED uses a 3.8-litre Cosworth V8 making 675bhp and 9600rpm, allowing the owner to experience a level of performance that rivals modern era grand prix cars.
The Rodin FZED recently set an unofficial lap record at Donington Park’s National Circuit in the United Kingdom, beating the time set by a V10-powered 1997 Benetton B197 Formula 1 car.
The Rodin FZED features the iconic black and gold livery made famous by the Lotus Formula 1 team.
The 2023 Adelaide Motorsport Festival will be the launch of the Rodin FZED in Australia, with its on-track appearances coupled with off-track activations.
