Hill will the drive the 1992 Brabham BT60B Judd, the last Brabham grand prix car, in a session over the course of the 2025 Repco Adelaide Motorsport Festival; the first time Hill has driven a Formula 1 car in Adelaide since he won the last Australian Grand Prix in Adelaide in 1995.
Hill will attend both days of the 2025 Repco Adelaide Motorsport Festival on March 8 and 9, also appearing in the Adelaide Marriott Grand Marquee for a Q&A session and to meet fans.
He joins fellow Formula 1 world champion Alan Jones at the 2025 Repco Adelaide Motorsport Festival, alongside other Formula 1 personalities such as Guenther Steiner, David Croft and David Brabham with more still to be announced.
Hill entered eight Formula 1 races with Brabham in 1992, qualifying for the British and Hungarian Grand Prix races with the BT60B. Brabham folded following the 1992 Hungarian Grand Prix, meaning the team and the BT60B never made it to the season-ending Australian Grand Prix in Adelaide. Hill then raced for Williams in Adelaide from 1993 to 1995, winning at the latter.
The BT60B was designed by renowned engineer Sergio Rinland and is powered by a Judd V10 engine, with the car featuring a distinctive pink and blue livery.
The 2025 Repco Adelaide Motorsport Festival will once again feature various categories, ranging from Formula 1 cars, V8 Supercars, sportscars, touring cars, motorbikes and more with the action non-stop without a break in track activity at any stage of the day. Off track there will be car displays, kids' zones, bars and food trucks, exhibitors and traders, activations and more, in a picnic in the park setting.
